For private corporate events for our tenants, booking is required – opening spring 2023!

I agree to the Rules for using the roof garden.

We are delighted to be able to offer the exclusive use of our new roof garden to
our tenants. We will however, need for all companies who use the garden to
agree to our terms of usage listed below for your safety and to also ensure that
we keep its maintenance costs to a minimum.
- No access will be permitted before 8am and after 6pm unless authorised
by an authorised member of the Management team.
- There will be a restricted number of people who can access the roof
garden at any one time to ensure everyone’s safety and to comply with
our building insurance.
- No selling of alcohol permitted and incidents that may occur through the
use of alcohol will be the sole responsibility of the person involved.
- No smoking permitted to reduce the risk of fire.
- No fires/BBQs permitted to reduce the risk of fire.
- You are responsible for taking away any rubbish with you and leave the
terrace how you found it as this ensures there is no cleaning costs for this
area of the building.
- All companies are responsible for their own employees and all employees
within your company have been notified of the rules and agree to comply
with these. The responsibility will ultimately lie with each company for any
accidents, theft or incidents that occur on the roof terrace.
